Executive and Career Coach

Hello, I’m Ana. I help amazing people achieve their dreams

Ana Penalver

I have worked with a wide range of clients at different stages of their careers, and from different industries and countries. My coaching experience is enriched with a 12-year professional experience in management; working for big multinationals (S.C. Johnson, United Biscuits, Renault) based in 6 countries (UK, France, Spain, Germany, Singapore and the USA). With this experience, I now help exceptional people identify what they really want and ensure they get there.

I enjoy working with passionate people like you, who have already achieved big targets in the past, and might have doubts about how to achieve the next step, challenge or change in life.

Throughout my life I have also set up big goals, and have achieved them.  It is my own drive for achievement and the extensive experience working with people like you that make me understand your goals and motivations.

Experience shows that I am specially gifted at identifying and removing the subconscious blocks that might hold you back, empowering you with self-confidence and tools to attain your objectives.

My first priority is you. My second priority is confidentiality

I’m not Tony Robbins, I’m not a celebrity, and you probably don’t want me to be. What really matters is that you achieve your dreams, I help you get there, and nobody needs to know that I was there. Because at the end of the day YOU are the one achieving those goals.

Do you still want to know more about my professional background?

Curious about the name “Relax to Achieve”?

I had been training for 8 months to compete in one of the most physically challenging races in the world, an Ironman®* triathlon.

Two days before the race, I met with my running instructor and friend, Jason. I asked him: “what do I do if at some point I feel tired and my body can’t go on?” He replied: “Just RELAX! Relax your shoulders, your arms, deepen your breath, become more aware of your body, your environment, and keep enjoying it!”

Simple words, but very wise… I made a note of that: “RELAX”.

A few times during the race I felt I was getting tired, automatically my mind switched to “relax-mode”. I relaxed my muscles, my breathing, and suddenly everything fell into place again. To my surprise, I finished in the top 10% of my age category and with a big smile on my face! I had overachieved any of my expectations.

There were many times in the past when people believed in me. There were also times when people challenged me and pushed my buttons. I confess, I’m human too! All those times, what really mattered was WHAT I WANTED TO ACHIEVE, my dreams; regardless of what obstacles or problems there could be along the way. In order to achieve those dreams, I had to relax, stay focused and reach my goals!

*An Ironman is a triathlon of 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, 26-mile run. I completed Ironman Wisconsin 2016; finishing 16th out of 162 women of my age group.
